Terms of Service

AgentReady is a self-serve software product that automatically assesses how discoverable, understandable, and usable a website is to AI agents (e.g. ChatGPT, Perplexity, and similar tools):

• Free scan — an automated assessment of a public website, at no cost.
• Connected Intelligence (paid, one-time) — automated cross-referencing of documents you upload against your public site's content.
• Auto-Generated Fixes (paid, one-time) — automated generation of technical files based on your own assessment's findings.
• API / programmatic access — the same functionality above, accessible via API key, metered against a prepaid credit balance at the same rate as the tiers above.

All processing is performed by automated software. No Vaqeno employee manually reviews, edits, or performs work on any individual customer's assessment as part of normal operation.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any API key issued to you and for all activity that occurs under it.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls
• Submit URLs for the purpose of facilitating attacks on, or unauthorized access to, third-party systems
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying scoring methodology or source code of the Service beyond what is disclosed in generated reports
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our prior written consent
• Upload, via Connected Intelligence, any content you do not have the legal right to share, or content that is unlawful, infringing, or malicious

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

AgentReady's core function involves fetching publicly available information from websites you submit, which may not be owned or operated by you. Our scanner:

• Only accesses publicly available pages and well-known files (e.g. the homepage, robots.txt, llms.txt)
• Identifies itself transparently via a labeled User-Agent
• Respects each site's published robots.txt preferences
• Is rate-limited to avoid placing undue load on third-party servers

You represent that you have a legitimate reason for requesting an assessment of any URL you submit, and that you will not use the Service to harass, overload, or gain unauthorized access to any third party's systems.

• All paid tiers are one-time payments. AgentReady does not currently offer subscriptions.
• Prices are as displayed on the Service at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, acting as Merchant of Record. By making a purchase, you also agree to that provider's applicable terms.
• API/programmatic access is billed against a prepaid credit balance at the same rate as the equivalent human-checkout tier — there is no discount or premium for automated access.

• Your content: You retain all ownership rights to any documents you upload via Connected Intelligence and to the website content you submit for assessment (to the extent you own it). You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the Service to you.
• Your reports: You own the assessment reports, findings, and generated fix files produced for you, and may use them for any lawful purpose, including publicly on your own website.
• Our platform: The AgentReady software, scoring methodology, branding, and underlying technology remain the property of Vaqeno. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what's needed to use the Service as intended.

THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ALL ASSESSMENTS, SCORES, FINDINGS, AND RECOMMENDATIONS, IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

• Assessment scores and findings reflect automated analysis at a point in time and may not capture every factor relevant to how AI agents interact with a given website.
• We do not guarantee that implementing our recommendations or Auto-Generated Fixes will result in any specific outcome, including improved discoverability, traffic, or business results.
• AgentReady's output is informational and technical in nature and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any third-party website's public information used to generate an assessment.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VAQENO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, including any API key, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or if required to do so by our payment provider or applicable law. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 7, 8, and 11) will survive.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of commercial law applicable to online service agreements. If a dispute arises, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting support@vaqeno.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought before a court or arbitral body of competent jurisdiction. Where a specific governing-law or venue clause is required (for example, by a payment processor or regulator), we will update this section accordingly and notify users of the change.
