Privacy Policy

AgentReady is operated by Emmanuel Nnam, the founder and sole proprietor of Vaqeno ("we," "us," or "our"). Questions about this policy or how your data is handled: privacy@vaqeno.com.

We handle personal data in a manner consistent with widely recognized data protection principles, including those reflected in the GDPR (EU/UK), the CCPA (California), and comparable frameworks elsewhere. If local law in your jurisdiction grants you stronger or additional rights than described below, those rights apply to you.

Information you provide directly:

• Email address — required to run an assessment or create an account/API key; used to send results and account communications.
• Website URLs — the URL(s) you submit for AgentReady to assess. This is public information about a third-party site, not personal data about you, unless the URL itself contains identifying information.
• Uploaded documents (Connected Intelligence only) — private business documents you voluntarily upload. Depending on what you upload, these may contain personal data about you, your employees, or your customers.
• Payment information — processed entirely by our payment provider (a Merchant of Record). We do not receive, process, or store your full card number or other sensitive payment details — our provider handles that in compliance with PCI-DSS and gives us only transaction confirmations, amounts, and limited billing metadata (such as billing email).

Information collected automatically:

• Usage and analytics data — pages visited, scans initiated, features used, general device/browser information, collected via our analytics provider to understand and improve the Service.
• Technical/log data — IP address, request timestamps, and similar server logs, retained for security, abuse-prevention, and rate-limiting.

Information about third-party websites: When you submit a URL for assessment, our automated scanner retrieves publicly available information from that website (page content, metadata, robots.txt, llms.txt, and similar public technical signals). We do not access non-public areas of any third-party website, and our scanner identifies itself transparently and respects each site's published robots.txt preferences.

• Provide the Service — run assessments, generate reports, process Connected Intelligence and Auto-Generated Fixes requests
• Process payments and prevent fraud
• Send you assessment results, receipts, and service-related communications
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and enforce rate limits
• Analyze and improve the Service
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

To generate assessments, Connected Intelligence analysis, and Auto-Generated Fixes, AgentReady processes website content and, where applicable, your uploaded documents through Anthropic's Claude API. This processing is automated — no Vaqeno employee reviews the content of individual customer submissions as part of normal operation. Anthropic processes this data on our behalf under its own API terms and does not use API data to train its models by default.

We share information only as necessary to operate the Service:

We do not share your uploaded documents, email address, or assessment content with any other third party, and we do not permit these providers to use your data for their own independent purposes beyond providing their service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Vaqeno, our users, or the public.

• Uploaded documents (Connected Intelligence): stored in a private, access-controlled cloud storage location, accessible only via a unique token tied to your specific assessment — never via a public URL. Automatically and permanently deleted 90 days after the assessment was created.
• Assessment records: marked as expired in our systems after the same 90-day period; associated files are purged as above.
• Account/API key data: retained while your API key remains active, plus a reasonable period afterward for accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal-compliance purposes.
• Server logs: retained for a limited period for security and debugging, then deleted or anonymized.

• Uploaded documents stored in a non-public, access-controlled location, never exposed via a public URL
• Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all communication with the Service
• Access to customer data restricted to what's operationally necessary

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@vaqeno.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Our infrastructure and service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required by applicable law, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms) for such transfers.

AgentReady is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact privacy@vaqeno.com and we will delete it.

We use functional and analytics tracking to operate and improve the Service. Where required by applicable law, we will request your consent before setting non-essential cookies or trackers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
